He is enjoying the new blades I got him for Christmas, fancy sharp shooters that make slicing and dicing a joy! What fun. It was a good Christmas this year, one we will remember fondly. We enjoyed many ups and only a few downs. Ups being a food processor for me, some fine antique jewelery, small ornaments and cook books. For Josh… a microphone, leatherman, lino printing set, and a new chop saw plus many other gifts that Santa brought for us. What a guy!
For a down, I managed to cook the first turkey in its bag accidentally forgetting that the turkey was “defrosting” in the oven. Turned it on to 350 to make bread and about an hour later… Baam, it hits me that I have begun to cook the turkey!!!. Fortunately Josh went to town to purchase another for us. It came out perfect. We worked together to make a delicious dinner. Bed came early, but many many thanks and cheers were givin to all our friends and family.
May this new year bring you many new blog posts from us kids down south!!!~
